1) Thou shalt not Peek/Poke
You cannot trade effectively with a good clan. They will bleed you until they the can easily push and beat you. Unless you are pushing, being pushed, or asked to peek...Don't. Stay hidden. Don't give the enemy info. Don't bleed.
2) Thou shalt share thy health.
If you have tanks in front of you losing health while you farm damage....you are doing it wrong. If a tank gets tracked and isn't repairing, pull in front and take a shot so they are not perma-tracked. If someone in front of you is low health, cover them up.
3) Thou shalt not brag about damage.
We win and lose as a team. Damage is irrelevant. You either won or you didn't. Just because you were in the right tank at the right location...you get the point.
4) Thou shalt follow the call.
If the caller tells you to go die in a corner...go die in a corner. Pay attention to the call and especially the setup. Ask if unclear.
5) Thou shalt practice battle coms.
We need relevant info in a clear concise way. Hit F7 if spotted. "Arty is in A1", "Can Rum in the 140 push A5?". Not "Damn it I missed". Also at the end of the battle, show respect for those still playing. Let them play their tanks, let them focus even if its an obvious loss.
6) Thou Shalt move and attack in formations.
Do not form a losers column. Do not go alone.
7) Thou shalt use PREMIUM ammo, PREMIUM consumables, and Directives.
Your clan should be running boosters. Don't be cheap.
8) Thou shalt take criticism like an adult.
We all make mistakes. Don't get defensive, don't get mad, usually you don't even need to respond.
9) Thou shalt not break stuff, knock over trees, etc.
Enemy arty can see it and know which way we are moving. There are also cheat mods that show when things break on the mini-map.
10) Thou shalt not call out teammates.
Constructive helpful comments only. Officers will address issues, inform them.
TURUNASH's Simplified Version:
1. Don't be a fucking dumbass.
This is not a real time strategy game, the commander cannot micromanage your every move, so you have to learn what to do in each situation without being told to. It means getting in the appropriate cover, helping out teammates, flanking, etc., while keeping in mind the goal of the overall strategy.
2. Don't be a fucking pussy.
Most attacking strategies require you to move with the rest of your teammates so that you can all focus fire on the same target. Of course if you are being outnumbered or the terrain is very defensively oriented, then you should wait and not rush in. But if we are attacking with a large number of forces everyone needs to get in position to shoot and focus fire.
3. Don't play like fucking pubs.
We have voice coms for a reason, imagine clan activities as a giant platoon, talk as much or even more than when you are in a platoon. Your communication should involve focus firing, coordinating attacks, and communication of special situations in battle. The commander is there to override any confusion or provide tactical decisions, most of the talking should be by the other tankers. When referring to yourself never use "I'm", always use tank designation and/or position.
